As Co-Founder and Vice President of Business Development & Sales at Logo Capital LLC, Steve built a small business from the ground up, scaling it into a top 2% performer nationwide in the promotional merchandise industry. He gained first-hand insight into operations, sales leadership, licensing compliance, and P&L responsibility. This experience enabled him to truly understand the operational challenges executives face and the kind of leadership required to solve them.
Over the course of his career, Steve partnered with world-class brands such as Nike, Coca-Cola, Heineken, Nautica, Mars, and with all the major sports leagues including the NFL, NBA, MLB, and NHL. He is skilled at managing complex enterprise sales cycles, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, and positioning long-term value solutions at the VP and C-suite levels.
