Your Mission:
Transform a successful founder-led company into an institutional-grade operating platform.
You’ll work directly with leadership to create the systems, processes, team, reporting structure, and operational discipline needed to scale nationally while supporting future fundraising, strategic partnerships, and acquisition opportunities.
What You'll Own:
Build the Operating System
● Create scalable operational playbooks and processes
● Design organizational structure for growth
● Implement accountability across projects, vendors, and teams
● Establish KPIs and operational scorecards
● Drive operational excellence throughout the organization
Lead Project Execution
Own wireless infrastructure deployments from kickoff through completion.
Including:
● Managed Wi-Fi deployments
● Venue and public-space wireless networks
● Smart building connectivity projects
● Transportation and airport implementations
● Network modernization initiatives
Responsibilities include:
● Resource planning
● Vendor management
● Field team coordination
● Schedule management
● Risk mitigation
● Budget oversight
● Client communications
● Profitability tracking
Build and Scale the Team
● Recruit high-performing talent
● Develop organizational structure
● Create repeatable hiring and onboarding processes
● Build a culture of accountability and execution
● Develop leadership capabilities across the organization
Make the Company Investor Ready
Partner closely with executive leadership and finance to create a business that sophisticated investors want to back.
You’ll help establish:
● Executive dashboards
● Operational metrics
● Forecasting systems
● Data-driven reporting
● Due diligence readiness
● Scalable financial and operational processes
● Employee Stock and Bonus Packages
You’ll constantly ask:
“What would a strategic buyer, private equity group, or institutional investor expect to see?”
Productize the Business
Move beyond custom projects.
Identify opportunities to:
● Standardize offerings
● Package services
● Create repeatable deployment models
● Develop scalable managed service programs
● Build data and reporting products
● Improve margins through operational efficiencies

● Worked in telecom, wireless, infrastructure, managed services, SaaS, technology, or related sectors
