CompleteU is hiring for permanent full-time, permanent part-time, and seasonal Call Center Agent roles. All positions are fully remote and offer a direct opportunity to connect prospective students with the institutions and programs that fit them best.
Responsibilities:
Call Center Agents are the voice of CompleteU to prospective students. This role is focused on high-volume outbound outreach, accurate documentation, and consistent adherence to quality standards.
- Outbound calling: Contact individuals from a provided list using RingCentral dialing software, delivering a provided script or leaving a voicemail when applicable.
- Appointment setting: Schedule appointments via Calendly and administer survey questions using provided scripts, documenting responses accurately.
- CRM documentation: Record call outcomes, contact details, and survey data in HubSpot. Training on HubSpot will be provided.
- Call volume: Maintain a minimum of 30 calls per hour; higher volume is encouraged.
- Quality standards: Meet and maintain quality benchmarks defined by leadership, including tone, script adherence, and data accuracy.
- Additional duties: Perform other related tasks as assigned to support campaign goals and team performance.
Requirements:
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly, personable demeanor.
- Attention to detail: Strong accuracy in documenting responses, following scripts, and logging CRM data.
- Technical setup: Personal computer, mobile phone, headset with microphone, and reliable internet connection.
- Tech proficiency: Working knowledge of Google Workspace tools required. Ability to pass a mandatory technical capability screening.
- Eligibility: Authorized to work in the United States. Proof of citizenship or work eligibility will be validated through E-Verify.
- Background check: Successful completion of a background check is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- HubSpot experience: Prior hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM.
- Dialer familiarity: Working knowledge of RingCentral or comparable dialer platforms.
- Industry experience: Previous call center or customer support experience is a plus.
Physical Conditions:
- Ability to work at a computer (sitting or standing) for extended periods.
- Ability to type, use a computer telephony tool, and hear responses from individuals through the computer.
Compensation & Logistics:
- Rate: $16 per hour.
- Employment type: Permanent full-time, permanent part-time, and seasonal positions available. All roles are non-exempt.
- Work location:
- Hours: 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM EST, Monday through Friday. Occasional Saturday and Sunday shifts may be required.
- Start date: Immediate.
