Jennifer M. Superales leverages nearly three decades of experience in emergency management, security operations, and intelligence analysis to help clients achieve holistic operational resilience. Her career began in the U.S. Army and includes pivotal roles in support of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) – the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) – among others.

As a strategic advisor, Jennifer works with officials, executives, and front-line experts across federal, state, local, and tribal governments, the public and private sectors, and non-government organizations to advise on federal policy, align processes with standards for compliance, and increase their overall readiness. She specializes in identifying operational risk, developing mitigation strategies, and preparing for crises through a comprehensive planning, organizing, equipping, training, and exercise (POETE) framework. She is a trusted influence-leader and change agent, adept at building practical, resilient systems and facilitating the intra- and interagency coordination required to prepare for, respond to, and recover from complex emergencies and disasters.

Jennifer has a proven track record of designing, developing, and implementing innovative and comprehensive programs, from award-winning, high volume Case Management to the FEMA Terrorism and Emergency Management Planning Workshop and CISA Regional Planning Program. She has led cross-functional teams through complex deliberate planning projects such as the New Mexico Rio Grande Rift Catastrophic Earthquake Plan, accelerated crisis action planning for the COVID-19 Task Force, and high-visibility Special Security Events (SSE) like the George W. Bush Library Dedication Ceremony, Super Bowl 51, and FIFA World Cup 2026.

Jennifer holds an MBA with a concentration in Security Management and has extensive training in Leadership, Communication, and Generative AI. She is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and a certified Coach through Soldiers to Sidelines and the Coaching and Positive Psychology (CaPP) Institute. She enjoys spending time with family – her husband, two sons, a granddaughter, and their many dogs and cats; and, she has a passion for daily walks/workouts, hiking, kayaking, and travelling.
