I am an experienced operator who has spent more than 25 years leading and scaling founder-led companies, primarily in residential real estate, proptech, and direct-to-consumer based industries. I built and ran one of the most successful residential real estate firms in the country, acquired and grew a brokerage, and sold businesses. As President of a global real estate organization, I led high-impact strategic initiatives and completed a complex technology acquisition.
My strength lies in helping founders move from chaos to clarity. I bring structure, accountability, and focus to businesses that are ready to scale. I am not a theorist or a coach.
