Previously, Krause was founder and CEO of an innovative producer of USDA approved healthier proteins. Krause spent nearly 10 years as Managing Director – Industry Leader for GE Capital where he provided deep industry leadership in evaluating and closing complex debt and equity structures for GE Capital’s $18+ Billion portfolio in FB&A.

His more than 30 years of experience as a senior executive in the food sector includes starting, operating and growing multiple new food companies with a combined market value in excess of $3 Billion.
